how to prepare pounded yam



1.    1 tuber of yam

2.    2 bottles of water


1.    Wash the yam, peel and wash once more

2.    Cut into small pieces

3.    Put into the pot and boil for about 15 minutes

4.    Pound Into a fine smooth dough and serve with ujuju soup, pepper soup or any soup of your choice
